Shea butter benefits

  • Vitamin A has many healing benefits.

  • Treats blemishes, wrinkles, eczema and psorasis.

  • Heals burns and stretch marks.

  • Polyphenols and phytonutrients. These ingredients make shea butter an anti-inflammatory, which is why it works so well at moisturizing and soothing all types of skin.

  • Suitable for all skin types, I use un-scented it on my children:

Please do keep in mind that in warmer climates your natural body butter may become quite soft, if this happens.. just store it a cool place or the fridge to solidify.

SHEA BUTTER

Shea butter is often referred to as "Women's Gold". The luxurious, golden quality of the raw shea butter, which is made by women across sub-Saharan Africa's rural Sahel regions.

Shea nuts are the fruit of the shea tree, which is only found in Africa. The Shea butter I use is organic and unrefined and is a good example of sustainability and  how fair-trade is important.

Fairtrade is all about ensuring the farmers who create and harvest these raw materials are receiving a better price for their goods and have decent working conditions. My Shea butter is sourced from Ghana through a fair trade project that gives Ghanian women in the community jobs, so that they are able to provide for their families.

Coffee farming supports rural Congolese communities.

The Coffee beans I use are sourced from my country Congo DRC. The Coffee Beans are a good example of sustainability and  how fair-trade is important.

Fair-trade is all about ensuring the farmers who create and harvest these raw materials are receiving a better price for their goods and have decent working conditions. My Coffee Beans are sourced from KIVU, through a fair trade project that gives Congolese women in the community jobs, so that they are able to provide for their families.

Because all of my products are natural, the texture can change depending on the temperature of its surrounds. If left in the sun, or a warm room, the body butter may become softer than usual or runny, you may find little bits, which will disappear once massaged into the skin.
